These concerns are consistent with the problems of today's society.If it allows the youngest to experience "exceptional adventures", advancing in age, they offer the prospect of a gentler physical practice, centered on the development of personal well-being.

Whatever the approach, through emotions, sports performance, through collective experiences, the practice of rowing inscribes the practitioner in a process of transformation.These different forms of practice offer opportunities to surpass oneself and to marvel, under these conditions, the project manager plays a role of conveyor of universal values.The Rowing project, an outdoor sport for education - ROSE aims to promote education in and through the practice of rowing, developing the skills of sports educators in 3 fields (Health / Inclusion / Environment) in order to strengthen links between the school environment and the sports movement.The 4 partners of the project meet this objective by offering a sharing of experiences around 3 thematic workshops and by organizing a test week with young practitioners (“West Coast” stay) numbers of the 3 territory of the project.
